Reservation & Refund Terms
A $5,000 refundable early-bird reservation secures your slot and begins technical qualification, subject to reservation conditions and the definitive payload agreement. It remains refundable until technical acceptance and execution of the definitive payload agreement, after which it is credited toward the mission price. If a customer is unable to deliver flight-ready software in time for the mission, the deposit may be applied toward a future Blackwing Space software mission. (See Reservation Conditions)
